Maximilian Quattrone joined La Sirena as General Manager in January 2017. Previously, Maximilian held managerial and wine-centric positions at some of New York City’s most popular restaurants. Before becoming General Manager of Union Square Hospitality Group’s MARTA, he was General Manager of Andrew Carmellini’s The Dutch, and prior to that role, he was the Beverage Director for Frankies 457 Spuntino, Frankies 570 Spuntino, and Prime Meats. Maximilian got his start with Frank Falcinelli and Frank Castronovo as the General Manager and Wine Director of Prime Meats, after spending two years as a Sommelier and Manager at Del Posto, a four-star New York Times and one-star Michelin restaurant.
Originally from Syracuse, NY, Maximilian’s passion for hospitality developed from a young age. First working at a bagel shop, and eventually for the locally-acclaimed Alto Cinco, where he spent five years building the foundation for a career in fine dining before heading off to earn his Bachelors in Culinary Arts Management at the Culinary Institute of America.
